They apply all products to the manufactures detail and specification and take in to account the climate of the position of the project that they are involved in just case that the fixing or application process requires to be above the specification.

There after sales service has always been dealt with sufficently and within a short period of time and never at one time have to be asked twice.

Rooftek contracts installed our 3.6 kWp solar panel PV system. This was a time of stress for the solar panel industry and customer alike as the government had given 6 weeks notice, in late October, to changes in the feed in tariff rate starting on 12th December 2011.

Rooftek Contracts rose to this challenge and arranged scaffolding, roof checks, solar panels, inverter and electrical work at very short notice, after discussions with us about our requirements. They took particular care over roof work - ensuring the roof was in good condition by replacing and fixing slates before attaching the solar panels to the roof. This was important to us as we live in an old cottage with many old slates.

The installation was carried out promptly and professionally by Rooftek Contracts in around 2 days. We are very satisfied with the work they carried out.
